Tuesday Prayer for 5/27/14: Us

(inspired by John 17:1-11)

Dear God:

It is hard to wake up in the morning 

knowing 

so much 

has been left 

to us.

Remind us, 

throughout this day,

that it is “us”

Not “me.”

Amen.
